Renee Braunsdorf, Yoga Teacher
Promoting health and healing –for herself and others - have always been central values in Renee’s life. After earning her Masters in Social Work from Florida State University, she practiced the healing art of psychotherapy for many years. In the summer of 2004, she attended her first yoga class and was immediately impressed with Yoga’s comprehensive attention to the development of the whole person – the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual. It was through her yoga practice and teacher training that Renee first experienced the profound peace that can occur. Renee is a graduate of Kim Valeri’s YOGAspirit® Studios 200 hour teacher training program. She has also studied Vinyasa, Tantra Hatha Yoga, Anusara, Power Yoga, and Sanskrit with Seane Corn, Kitty Moore, Ann Greene and Todd Norian, Rolf Gates, and Manorama.
Laurie Edwards, Yoga Teacher

Laurie views every class as an opportunity to help students reconnect with an awareness of their original divine nature. This is accomplished by beginning each class with a brief meditation and by emphasizing alignment, breathing, and gentle holding within each posture in order to discover a sense of lightness and freedom that can be carried into the world and used to guide everyday actions and relationships. Laurie attended her first yoga class 11 years ago and completed her 200 hour teacher training with YOGAspirit. Studios in 2005. Classes are designed to give a thorough introduction to each pose and to set a pace that helps students challenge themselves in healthy ways. Laurie also holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a program that trains students to combine Western psychological theory and practice with Eastern Spirituality.

calm within. She strives to help others connect the body with the mind through
